JDM accessories

I found this Mazda catalog online, and I need some one that can translate it for me. Particularly a few part numbers. My local parts guy said he can get anything JDM Mazda but he needs you basic info from the JMD catalog .

The item I'm looking for is #37. Form what I can make out it's a gage pop that goes in place of the storage bin above the stereo display.
