JD Power Survey 2011 Results -- Mazda is one of the last brand

I was just surfing the web and found that Mazda is not one of the brands that's favored as a "reliable" and "dependable" car on the road. Mazda sure has some lots of work to do up ahead:

jdpower? Please! They send me a survey, I asked them for money, they refused, I filed it in the garbage. They should clearly state how many returns they got vs. the number of cars sold. In my experience angry folks fill these out to take revenge on OEM/Dealer. Look at ratings for VW and Mini and Chrysler.

look at the ratings for jaguar. that should put the survey into perspective.
