Only one of those was ever made for a Protege, good luck getting it off the Jay Racing car.

plus the manifold you linked is NOT for a protege it is for a Focus they have those manifolds in stock for you.

if you really want one. try contacting them directly. if you ask im sure theyll make a custom one for you. as for $$$, no clue
