I've been scammed Help

To any moderator or member .....I have been scammed by a member MikesPro5 on a sale that we did. I have all the replay that we have done to prove this, and by know I should have received my package, which is for $110. If there any ways of justice can someone tell me how to proceed Thanks Osvaldo (Javo)

you can get your money back from a money order if your money has been stolen.

first..... when did you send him the funds? Did Mike verify receiving them (this is the post office were talking about) If he did recieve them did he notify you that it had been sent? If it was sent, was there a tracking number or anything?

I would look to see if the money order was cashed. If so, after attempting to contact the seller 1 more time for an update, go to the post office with the recipt and the money order copy you got to keep, and advise you got ripped off. The money order will be investigated from there.

I would suggest in the future, you open a paypal account. It is easy to file disputes with it. Free, and can get a resolution quickly.

There really is not much the moderators or owners of this site can do to help you. He did follow forum posting rules, so that is a sign he did have them at some point. They are limited to what they can do, but they will try to help. For getting your money back, persure the possibility he commited mail fraud if he cashed the money order.

first of all...all who know me and bought from me kno that i am and honset guy and i havent scammed u or ne1 else.....ive been going throuigh hell the past few weeks and havent had time to really pursue nething i have promised to u and 1 other member.....ull get ur money...i swear....just lemme get paid...when i get paid then u will.....unfortunately in life s*** happens where other issues r way more inportant than other and require financial backing rendering other issues on pause....sorry os

I think he had some really ****** up s*** happen in his life, and that he will be sendind back everyone's money soon instead of shipping the parts. That is what I read. It sounds like I have heard the family troubles reason for not shipping before, but I might be wrong. I hope he does refund the $ quickly, and this does not get blown up.

Regardless of emergency, if they paid him, he should have their money right there to send back to them. The fact that they have to wait till he gets paid means he's already spent the money, w/o them getting their product. Pretty bad if you ask me...
