It's like this /\ lol. It's not bad, but may need to be taken care of. I just did the springs a few days ago so I haven't gotten the alignment or anything else done yet..

The rubbing isn't too bad, and right now the tires that are on there are the stock 225/45's from the RX-8 so all I'll need to do is scale it down to a lower profile.. I think people said 225/40's have worked well for when they've done this..

Lol. Tim doesn't do that to me, he just comes home and says "I did something bad today"..

I heard it once when he went to the dealership to get new tires and came home with a new CAR.. Then there was the time he called me from Best Buy and showed up with the 50" hi-def flat screen TV..

At least he buys good toys!

Cars looks nice.
Wish my lovely wife would volunteer installing on the new mods but I think lowering the '01 MPV and putting rims on it would be silly to her but I would love it.

Sounds like the back might need to be rolled a little? Never really looked at a MAzda3 lip so not too sure if this is plausible. Drop by a custom wheel/tire shop and see what they would charge to do that for you or maybe bat your eyes and ask them to borrow it for 30 minutes?

Believe it or not, the rubbing actually happens in the front.. The lip has a little hook to it (if you want to call it that) where it goes down from the outside and under and then back up a little.. I talked to some people who have done those kinds of things, so I don't think it would be too hard..

And you can always go ahead and lower the MPV and act like you don't know how it got that way lol. Who knows, after a while she might start to like it that way!
