Is this a good price for a 02 Protege5?

This weekend, I'm going to go finance for this 2002 Yellow Protege5. Has 25K miles on it. Hoody hoo!!! Dealer is asking $12,688 but I'll talk him down to like 11Gs.

If you can't get 11,000 on the dot, don't buy it. Too much, and there are tons of P5's around(outie)

I just bought a 2002 P5 for my wife for $10,500. It has 18,000 miles on it and still under warrenty. I don't care if it was a good deal or not, as *I* felt it was well worth the price. I feel like I'm getting more than I'm paying for..which rarely happens when purchasing a car. I've been extremely happy with it thusfar.

ok 02.5 for 11,300
but has
5spd
leather
moon\stereo pkg
polished wheels
roof rack included
23,000 miles. Previous owner is verys skilled driver, races his miata at infineon raceway. brakes clutch in very good condition

im 16 this would be first car, i dont wanna be screwed over

I just bought my black 02 P5 automatic, 30k miles about a month ago. Paid $9800 from a private party in the Madison, WI area. The dealers were asking around $13k for them!

I paid $9,999 for mine a couple of months ago. 2002 P5, Midnight Blue, 29k miles, Standard, No leather, power windows, power locks, power mirrors, (I guess they all come with those), cruise, moonroof, six-disk and cassette. I think that's it...(uhm)

Hmm I got it from the dealer so I probably got screwed. $13,500 for 2003 P5 with 14k miles. Sunroof, 6 CD, etc. I think I have the premium sound because when I open the trunk, there's a sub-woofer in the middle of my spare tire... How do I tell if I got the premium wheel package?

However, Kelly Blue Book retails my car for $15,300 and private party is $13,700.
