Is the GT heavier than the sport?

To verify you are talking about your last car, correct? Because the Sport and GT both use the same headlight assemblies, if I recall. The difference is the bulb vs. HID part. The projector part is the same.

So with our car, it should be a lot easier, according to my research.

Yes, I'm talking about installing a kit in my Contour, the headlight housings weren't a great match for HID.

If the MS3 Sport uses the same headlight housings as the GT, with the same projectors, that would make the results of do-it-yourself HID much better.

yup, I checked everything on it..... works like a charm.... and if you ask nicely, I'll show you where I mounted the ballasts

I'm picking up a black sport tomorrow and basically what it boiled down to is that realizing I was essentially paying 1500$ for HIDs and that when you cut off the sport package, the car is an unbelievable deal.

Yes, I like the hids, etc, but it came down to being a more reasonable choice for me. I also have 1500$ left to spruce up the stereo and buy some performance parts now... Could buy some nice lightweight wheels with the money you save with the sport.

That said, pretty much everything in the GT option is good, and you cant go wrong either way. I just think that with other cars I wasnt getting the stuff the GT offers anyways, so its just added fluff.

And after coming from an 06 si which has wonderful cloth seats, yes, the biggest draw was the HIDs/Led tails.. Call me a ricer (thumb)

So I went to the dealership(stealership) today and I wanted to put a deposit down on a white one. Well on the phone the guy says they will be getting 3 white ones and to give me my credit card # so he can put my deposit down. I say that I will come in in person and put cash down obviously so I can get a reciept. Well so I go in and talk to some manager because the salesman isn't in well he says they don't have an invoice yet so he can't take a deposit but he will put my name on the books and he says they will only be getting one white one. Then he puts my name down but doesn't even tke my phone# and says we will call you or I can call them. Well he won't be calling me because he doesn't even have my number. So I will assume that they really don't want to make a sale here. WTF?!?!??!

Dealerships don't want to sell cars that are coming in the future, they want to sell you what is on teh lot at any given time.
