Is it possible to send a text message with new Infotainment?

I've been able to listen to text messages, but can't seem to find a way to compose a text message via voice. Is this possible with the new infotainment in the 2016? I've been through the "Help" and "Tutorial" sections of the voice command stuff, and looked through the book and so far nothing is jumping out.

If it is the same text messaging systems used in the older CX-5's then you cannot compose a new text message, you can only reply to a received text messages with some pre-canned messages. I don't think there is a way to dictate a text message using speech to text in any manner.
