Ok im really bored this weekend and i was thinking that i would run my rcas (connect them to the back of the deck even), and back to the trunk...wire my power wire allthe way to the battery to the trunk, and run my new speaker wire to the doors. that way, when i get my adapter from servo and my amp i can just plug them both in and cut the wires to the harness from the front stock speakers and plug them off...is it ok to do all that? i cant forsee why not, but i figured id ask...cause im pretty impatient and when i get all my crap im not going to want to take all day to mess with the s***.

The biggest thing is DO NOT PUT YOUR FUSES IN. Having a loose power wire with juice going to it floating around is a bad bad thing. You might want to cap off your RCA's as well as I've gotten a bit of scratchy nasty possibly damaging noise from loose rca ends touching grounds and eachother before. That aside, everything else should be fine. Preferable infact. I wired alot of my stuff in a similar manner. Get everythign setup first all of the tricky stuff out of the way so that when the time comes all you have to do is plug everything in and fireit up. Just make sure that you take your time and do it right. A shortcut here or there to save a couple of minutes won't sit easy with you for the rest of the life of your car. Anyway you might be caught off-guard by how long it can take, keep that in mind. You might wanna go in steps. Let us know if you need help running stuff, of course everything's pretty well-documented inhere already.
One thing I personally suggest (And I doubt many others will) is under-seat amps. Just my personal preferance, but I like having the extra room in the back for gear and such, and never have any intent of building an amprack and a nice showy setup. I found there's LOTS of room under the seats in my p5 for amps, and it makes all of your wires shorter to boot. Plus it's kinda cool to pull your seats out, and have a big open area inside to crawl around in, which I might reccomend anyway.

like said before tape off the RCA's and dont hook up the power wire (atleast teh fuse)
thanks for the advice...some day i plan to have the amps in some nifty thing with my sub, not sure what yet (had an idea like protege5gurly, but not 100% sure)...yea i didnt plan on putting in the fuses, and i planned on taping off the end of EVERY wire. my question is, when it comes time to install the front door speakers to connect them to the amp, can i just cut the factory speakers and tape them off? that way if i ever go back to stock theyre just sitting there? or do i have to run the speaker wires from the doors to the front, then to the back? thats the only problem i forsee, is running the front door speakers into the back. everything else ive done several times before on my previous cars, except putting the power wire through the firewall...i have big stupid hands, i may struggle a little bit with that. i just opened my knukonceptz wiring kit today, damn its pretty nice looking...the blue power wire should match nice, though i may eventually replace the aquamarine fuse holder.
Mathew, that is exactly what I did with my Yukon. As a matter of fact, I still haven't installed my amps or sub (mainly cause I can't justify buying them with a baby on the way). I went ahead and built my amp racks, fiberglassed my sub enclosure, and pulled out the whole interior and wired it all up. You may want to go ahead and throw some extra wire in for things like interior lighting or data acquistion stuff if that's in your long term plan.
Get yourself a nice bushing for running your power wire through the firewall. I bought mine from cardomain for a couple of dollars.

If you have to drill a hole in your firewill to pass your power wire though, insert one of these guys in there and it will prevent the firewall (metal) from cutting through the insulation jacket of the wire.

should i run my power wire opposite side of the rcas? im assuming this piece of shorter 4 guage wire is for my ground? damn its gonna be hard to get that into that fuse holder...well maybe not...hmmm...

you can run the wires through the grommet thing. thats where i ran mine. id put some of that electrician tape on the ends of the rca and like they said, dont put the fuse.
You may not have to drill. I'm not sure if there is an existing space available in the P5 to run your power or not. If someone who's run it before said you don't have to, I'd take their word over mine. If you do end up drilling though, get a bushing.

Oh yeah, try to use a single point ground system if you can. It will help eliminate noise by reducing ground loops in your system.

He won't need a bushing, thankfully. There's a rubber grommet on the driver's side that you can fit 4ga through easily...I'm pretty sure there's even enough roon to get 1/0 ga in there. That is a nice piece, though! 
Matt, for your speakers, since you're sending less than 75W to them I wouldn't bother upgrading the wire to the speakers. You'll probably have to solder some extra wire to it in the doors so that you can reach your crossover, but that's about it.

yea it sure is i figured that out but was too lazy to edit lol...im running the s*** now...i meant like cant you bridge 6.5s like you can bridge subs? like you have 4 ohm 6.5s cant you bridge them to 2 ohms or am i stupid lol remember im not good with audio stuff.
