Is Anyones Ms6 Smoking Bad

i smell BS...my car is pretty much brand spankin new...i rarely ever beat the sht out of my car...as soon as i put the cp-e downpipe with cat on this smoking started. If it was the turbo, wouldnt it be smoking before i put the downpipe on? CP-e please find me a solution to this problem or i will have to take the dp off and return it. Thanks

PS: I can't see how a almost $700 dp w/ cat can be worth it when im filling up parking lots with clouds of smoke at idle.

The problem in the turbo seals wearing out. Right now, it seams the turbos are not cooling down, causing the seals to were away.

A turbo timer may help prevent this. Be it as it may, this is a problem Mazda is aware of. I sure hope they fix it, rather then sweep it under the rug...

Do any of you with a turbo timer have this problem??

P.S I am a Mazda dealer.

i dont have a turbo timer but ever since i bought the car i always let it idle for at least 30 seconds before shutting it off

its not the downpipe causing the issue (as CP-E stated) their larger diameter downpipe and highflow cat are only increasing the noticability of the issue.

it is infact an exhaust gasket seal on the turbo causing oil to pass through and collect in the downpipe/cat. eventually causing it to burn off and create smoke. replace w/ factory parts and bring it in to mazda. more than likely (after 15-20 minutes of idling @ operating temperature) the problem will still persist with factory equipment back on.

whose going to pay to take the downpipe off and put stock parts back on and then put the downpipe back on after the problem is fixed?

Mine smokes a lot when idling and a little when driving. After hard acceleration it takes longer for the car to smoke at idling.
