Introducing Most Expensive Audi Ever

The most expensive Audi ever is... the Q7 V12 TDI. More expensive than the R8, A8 L W12. The 500 hp V12 TDI will start @ 130,600 Euro in Germany. The previous most expensive Audi, the A8 W12 costs only 125,300 Euro. The R8 is only good for 113,800 euro.

For comparison the Porsche Cayenne Turbo S retails for 132,774 Euro. And the diesel in the Audi gets 32% more mpgs and produces 60 grams less C02 per kilometer than the Porsche.

Its a beast to be sure, but why so pricey. I'd rather get a V10 Touareg TDI for much less cash.

pretty much the same car, but the you could live in the audi and never complain

That is right, but a Porsche is a Porsche here and in Germany (even for an SUV)...

I just compared this one to the regular q7 and it has become progressively more hideous. The little "side" grilles or whatever you call them are larger on this one further pronouncing the ugliness.

I have pictures of that truck but the RS4 version, decked with carbon fiber everywhere. It was on display 2 years ago at NAIAS.
