Interior Cleaning and Products

Hey guys:

What products do you use for cleaning the interior (dash and center console)?
I've always used a Chamoise (I think it is said like that...or drying cloth) I'm afraid to use a product such as VinylEX or TuffStuff...I would like to get a shine out of the interior.

Bluntman, what do you use for cleaning the interiors?
here's a pic of his interior. This is what I'm looking for in my 3.

I just use Armor all cleaning wipes, then I use some cheesecloth with some Meguiars NXT Tech Protectant to shine it up. Looks amazing.
