Front map w/sunroof controls
Middle overhead

If so which bulbs AND how did you remove the Front map w/sunroof controls ? It seem very hard, I couldn't figure out where the clips are and how many. I tried earlier today.

I did. www.superbrightleds.com I used the 194/168 bulbs up front where the sunroof control is. The WLED pure white high power ones. And in the back seat and cargo area i used the 3022 x9 festoon led bulb. I absolutely love them. Really brightens up the interior with a nice clean bright light. I also put 194/168 5 LED bulbs in the license plate lights. As for removing the sunroof control just put a towel around the tip of a flat head screwdriver and pry down on the left side. I believe its in the owners manual also. Hope this helps!

I just ordered my bulbs from them today, I went with all WHITE, 4LED in the map & license plate, and 3022 x4 festoon in the middle and rear. I didn't order them until the guy GREG assured me that the wattage was under 5 for the 4LED, and under 10 watts for the 3022 x4 festoon, I wanted to go with the x9 festoon, but they looked a little 2 bulky. I found that a butter knife was even easier. Did you have a hard time getting out the license plate bulbs? I tried but couldn't do it, I will try again when I get the bulbs. Did you check the wattage on the bulbs, before you ordered and installed yours?? I get my HID matching fog bulbs on saturday.

No need to worry about the wattage when your replacing with LEDs. LEDs use way less wattage then a normal bulb and dont get nearly as hot. There are instructions in the owners manual on the licens plate bulbs. But basically you just stick a flathead on both sides of the clear cover and pop it out and down. New bulbs plug right in and the cover snaps back on. As far as going with the 9 LEDs for the back and cargo, they fit just fine and are definitely way under the wattage of the old bulbs and do not get nearly as hot. You might want to move up to the 9 LEDs if the 4's arent bright enough for ya. Although I love having it nice and bright in there at night.

I changed mine and this is what i placed: (cool)

1. For the front map lights you need 2 LED bulbs, use WLED-x6 Wedge Base Bulbs
= I also used this LED in my rear plate number lights to make it more brighter

2. For the Rear Passenger and Cargo Lights you need 1 each of 3022-x4 LED Festoon Bulbs 30x10mm

I hired someone to do it for me, but CX-7 brochures could also help you figure out the things you should do.

I got my LEDs from a guy on ebay. His ebay ID is motoringmax and his store link is http://stores.ebay.com/MotoringMax.

He has a lots of choices for Mazda6 (what I am having).
