Installed SRI now my auto window up/down wont work? hah

Like the title states, I installed a corksport SRI and now my driver side 'auto' window up/down wont do its job. the power windows on all windows still work.

turn the ignition on. roll the window all the way up. press down on the window button and hold it after it has gone all the way down and you will hear a click sound. roll the window up and hold the button until you hear a click. your one touch window should work now. any time you disconnect the batter you will have to do this. i drove around for 3 months wondering the same till i searched around
