Injen=worse Hesitation

theyre available right now...things like the apexi s-afc, and s-afc II are both piggybacks..

but not good enough for our cars. i think perfworks' piggyback is 10000X better

Boostisgood..sorry to hear about the CAI...that sucks man. Makes me unsure if I should get it...

Did you try ....

Joe Ps fix for for hesitation? It worked for me, and several others here.

Ok Ok UPDATE: Driving to work, temp about 68 degrees with high humnidity (thats Pittsburgh weather for ya) and the hesitation was ALMOST gone. It was not as bad as before the Intake.

I drive my car HARD to work, because it is early enough not to worry about traffic, and the roads I take are fun as hell to drive that way.

Im also gonna take a look at my temp sensor. For some reason, Im thinkin I could have repostitioned the senseor facing AWAY from the airflow.

PEOPLE, do not take my personal expierience with the INJEN as the word of the allmighty. This is an isolated issue with my car, and should be worked out by this afternoon. :D

Im keeping my speed, I was just pissed as hell, and still a little about the hesitation issue. Ill be calling Mazda, and my dealer today about it.

PS YuYurene, Its cool man, sorry for any intended offense I set toward you. No hard feelings. :D Ohhh Option, yeah, I love to drift, just wish I had the money to get my 240 into a drift machine. As it stands, Imma sell it for a cheap AWD for the winter, and look for an AE86 next year. :D

Love,
Craig (kiss)

Yeah, but when is it going on sale?
mine will be ready once the software comes in i think the end of the week. i want to show dyno results to prove the effectivness and then it will be ready for shipment.

The AFC i understand thru various sources will not work properly

Boost,

I'm glad to hear that you're staying. Whom I gonna hang out w/ when I got to Pitt if you leave?

BTW, I'm going to be in Johnstown for the 4th possibly. Maybe you, me, and feaheak can meet up

Ok Im home after work. Hot as hell 90+ here, with alot of humidity. No hesitation noticed, but I was in heay traffic. The Injen did NOT feel like it did last night. I could feel the torque pull better today. Moreso then without the intake.

I hope the HP is there also. We will all find out the 11th of july what the intake, apex d/p and bost at 10 psi will run at the track, and on the 19th what numbers they put down at the wheels. :D

Soo to put it in a better prosepctive. BIG UPS TO THE INJEN AS OF RIGHT NOW. I feel what was promised is delivered. (after a pissy night, that the ECU couldnt correct right away.)

I remember the probe guys mentioning to drive the car for about 40 miles through different conditions is a must for the ECu to retrainitself.

Probe=Probably rust out before evening. :D

Uhhh huhuhuh uhhu uhu huuu you said Probe.

You don't have to tell me I had an MX-6.

Glad to hear that boost! I hate it when people give up on these limited edition cars. We need to stick together and keep'm from all the ricers out there. Mazda hasnt been the same since Ford put its face in their buiness, but im sure they will be more competitive in the future(I HOPE!!). I hate to see all these domestic ricers getting next to my "work of art p5" and saying that its a clone of the focus zx3. Untill we get some respect around here the two companys will always be compared to each other. But its our job to find these imperfections and fix them, mabe even give back some feed back like alot of us are doing. Thats why we need people like you that have the passion to strive for better and not QUIT.

hey 1St, why dont you hook me up with the grounding kit, and lemme see if it works good for the MSP :D Ill even DYNO test it for ya on the 29th. :D
