A group has subtitled episodes 7 and 8.

It's not in .avi format, but windows media player should be able to play it still if your codecs are up to date.

Get downloading! Need more seeders hehe

These episodes are meant to be excellent by the way. Can't wait to watch :D(humpleg)

Can someone fill me in on this initial D thing. I keep seeing people talking about it. It is some kind of racing anime series? I don't have the time right now to download and watch an episode, but I am curious. Why is it so popular?

What's goin on with this season... it up to episode 14 and no fansubs after 8..... links helps please....
Stage 4 has only had eight episodes released man. They release two new eps in Japan every two months

If I can find a way to upload them I have all of the stages so far made by funimation but the corrected ones cause on youtube they messed up on some of the translations but on most of the dvd's they fixed it so I have them. Also I found some of the fifth stage manga online if i can find the link.Fifth stage isnt finished yet though last vol that came out was Ryosuke racing his rival and he has a GTR and Ry's Fc is all fixed up for the high speed race dont want to spoil it but only one is going to live and thats the reason why they are racing is to see who dies in the highspeed battle.I'll see what i can post.

Netflix features Stage 1, Stage 2, Stage 3 the movie, Stage 4 part 1, and Stage 4 part 2. They have everything up to where Stage 5 should start. It ends with the races against God Arm and God Foot. Takumi is still battling with the 4WD complex.

If you are a big fan and have a PSP, I suggest you do like I did and import Initial D: Street Stage. I bought it for $27 new. The game is all Japanese but plays on American PSP's with no issue and nothing is needed to make it work. I am more and willing to translate the menus for anyone having trouble playing. A lot of option have English making it fairly easier, and for those without English, there are pictures to help remember.

The game has a HUGE selection of cars dating up to the RX-8. Mazdas include roadsters, FC3S, FD3S, FD3S Spirit, RX-8, maybe more, I can't remember.

It's unlimited to how many cars you can have, you don't have to buy them, you just add them to your garage. You pick the car, the car color, and then the body style. Regardless of what body style you choose, it starts stock. As you race, you pick one of 3 face down cards at the end. These cards can be character info, car specs, course specs, iconic races, or one of the two upgrade card types.
To upgrade your car, there is an engine tune card. All cars start at base and can be upgraded 5 times to max. The card effect just stacks and the cars have a preset upgraded pattern whether it's turbo or handle, etc.

The visual cards can be: wheels, hood, exhaust, spoiler, front bumper, rear bumper, side skirts, mirrors, bonnet...etc.
Depending on what body style you picked for the car, there will be required visual cards you must apply to get the desired look. Once you have fully completed the look, you can add additional style cards and pick from all styles...for example. I got an FD3S in yellow and picked the "B" style body. The stock car appeared on my garage. I added 5 engine tune cards fully maxing the performance of the car. I then added the body kit cards that were required for the style "B" body kit. I added the hood, wheels, spoiler, bumpers, and so on. Once the car had all the missing parts allows me to add another hood card and I can change out for any RX-7 hood in the game.

The customization is pretty badass. As far as the story goes, you start from the beginning and play all the way through Project D. You do not play as Takumi but as yourself. you race against Takumi at two different points in his career, starting out, and then as Project D. There are plenty track with varying difficulty. The final opponent is Bunta, Takumi's Dad in his STI Version V. Once you defeat him you unlock buntas challenge mode where you can race bunta 15 times on each map each time upping the difficulty. Bunta can be anywhere from 1 star to 15 stars, given the campaign only goes to 10 stars. This gets challenging even with the game on easy difficulty.

There are tons more on the game but I'll shut up unless ya'll want more. I'm just excited over such a fun game.
