2014 Mazda3 sTouring Sedan
Well not technically official. There was a slight problem with the pre-approval check but they said I could clear it up on Monday and they let me drive off the lot with it. Sedan sTouring in deep crystal blue

How are the vinyl seats? I haven't heard anything from anyone on those yet.

I test drove both the S Touring and S Grand Touring. I have to say the vinyl seats felt very good, they didn't look quite as good as real leather but they actually felt softer.. probably because real leather needs time to break in. Also by didn't look quite as good, I mean that it seems like the vinyl wasn't as tightly wrapped around the seats, it looks a little looser around the edges. Nothing bad, but not tight like you see on the leather seats.

If I were to give the seats a rating 1-10, I would say Looks, 7 out of 10, Feel 7 out of 10 for the vinyl. For the leather seats I would say Looks 8 out of 10, Feel 8 out of 10. And for comparison my old 2012 BMW M3 seats with Novillo Leather, which i'd rate Looks and Feel 9 out of 10 in both, best seats I ever sat in, but I can't give a 10 out of 10 as I never sat in something like a Bentley or Rolls Royce :) So Mazda has done a really good job imo.

I actually would have ordered myself a S Touring if I could have gotten the Tech Package with iELoop on it, but alas they don't offer it on that trim. I really didn't want the sun roof, but I wanted the tech stuff more so that's what I had to go with.

I agree with Kuro. The vinyl seats are surprisingly comfortable however they feel like they won't be as breathable in the hot weather, though I have nothing to back up that claim as it hasn't been hot these past two days.
