I'm done, Lemon Law awaits

I love our 2024 CX-90 Preferred Plus MHEV, purchased June 2023, but it has been out of service for three major repairs over 90 days while under warranty for the following:
  1. Defective hybrid battery replaced
  2. Defective steering rack replaced
  3. Oil leak at turbo that required engine removal
  4. Plus the numerous other software recalls/updates, including cruise control braking, steering gear/spring, groaning front end, and blind spot false alarms
Our dealer has been great with loaners every time, but the mileage warranty expires in a few weeks and I no longer trust the car long term (we keep our cars an average of 10 years). We also own a 2018 CX-5 (replaced defective cracked cylinder head last year for $5000. out-of-pocket) and two 2015 Mazda 5's.

In April I contacted Mazda corporate to ask them to buy back the car so we could purchase a newer CX-90 without first-year issues. After poor follow up by multiple reps over 3 months, today they finally called and said all they can offer is "employee discount pricing" on a newer model (actual discount is up to the dealer) and a normal trade-in.

I'm furious and will be taking my case to our state's Lemon Law arbitration board after giving our dealer a chance to go to bat for us one last time.
