So I was driving back on to post the other day and i started to smell rubber burning . So i pulled over in to a parking lot and the car just died.. I opened up the hood and a small cloud of smoke poofs out.. sucks! so i get into the car to try And start it and it wont start for nothing and the dash key light blinks continuously..So first move was to check the fuses and to find out the engine 20amp fuse inside the car was blown.. I replaced it and attempted to start the car and she starts and begins to die out and smoke underneath the intercooler.. Well in conclusion it blows another fuse and the #1 ingnition coil is melting onto the engine causing the smoke .... Any Ideas .. maybe a really bad short .. hope its not worse!!

Yikes sounds like you have a dead ignition coil, just get a new one and you should be fine, but before you reinstall the new one check all the connection wires to make sure you don't have any thats pinched or "broken", otherwise you'll have to get another and those babies aren't cheap by any means.
