I was wandering if I could get a full N/A tune and the after about maybe 200whp I would put a turbo or a supercharger on. Whould that be possible because i want to get maximin Horse power from my Protege 5, the only mods so far are a Injen CAI.

It wouldn't be a good idea to build a NA engine then boost it. The things you need to do to make NA power would not be good for boosted applications.
