I need HELP picking the one

I need HELP picking the right headlight bulbs for my P5 ... It is for the low beams ... I do not want ones that will burn everthing up... So can you people HELP me out... I have read a lot of people were burning up there wires and headlight ... So help me pick one (help) (nailbyt)

Well...you could stick with a 55w H7 bulb...or you could just spend the money and go all out for an HID kit. Personally I spent 100 going through blubs first before I realized the stock headlights sucked ass and just went with the HID. Xenonshop sells them on the boards and the prices are very reasonable.

HIDs are the way to go! If you are low on funds, then you cant go wrong with 55 watt PIAA's. They are the best bulb for the buck. IMO! You pay $70 for them, but they last as long as 5 $20 sets. Once you go HID though, you wont go back!

I still have one original h7 bulb that was in the car when I bought it in March of 03. The other burned out after about a year and was replaced with another h7... and that's it. In nearly 4 years I've only had to buy one bulb for $13.

That is the longest that I have ever heard of for our cars! I bet I went through like 8 sets in 3.5 years. Of course some were for looks!LOL!
