you get what you pay for - it might look nice when you pull it out of the box, but the fit will probably suck,, and the hangers will probably rust off in a couple of months.

thats the first thing i thought when i saw it. but then you scroll down and it says new in box by tsudo

Soooo what Tsudo is a good thing??? should i just stick to the Megan Catback

Tsudo makes a header for the 2.0 that I have heard good things about...for about the price of an OBX, many say that it's a better header. I don't know if that quality translates to their exhausts though...when I clicked the link it didn't say "by Tsudo" and a cheap exhaust is probably going to sound like a cheap exhaust (i.e., fart can) if you're into that kind of thing...
