So I was reading alot on BOV's since you mentioned it had problems on Speed3. Well it seems that VTA is great for keeping heat away from Turbo but we have a silly computer system in the car. I changed the VTA to full Recirc and it doesn't feel very differnent but is pulling just a tad better.

Here is my question to CX-7 owners, when driving hard in manual mode do you
a) drop gas, shift gear, hit gas?
b) just hold the gas and change gears?
C) there aren't really any other options

What do you find works best?

It depends on what I need to do but i never really let go of the gas to shift, just to slow down ill step on the brake pedal, ease off of it as i downshift and then step on the brake again to help the car come to a complete stop but shifting up i dont think there is a need to let go of the gas since your just keeping the computer from shifting the gears on its own but then again I just started messing arround with cars so dont take my word for it
