I just dont like the sedan look. ima hatchback man haha. and compared to the ms3 the ms6 is grown man looking

Haha, you're lucky. My parents gave me my first car, but it was a 1993 Ford Festiva. 65hp, hahaha. At least it was the 5-spd manual version.

Anyway, I think as others have suggested, a naturally-aspirated engine is probably going to have an efficiency, reliability, and insurance cost (for under-25 driver) edge, especially over a used MS6. I might be biased, I bought a crystal pearl white '10 MZ3 s Sport 6-spd HB and love its generous NA 2.5l torque/hp. I'd actually suggest something like a Mazda2 for a first car, but I can see you know what you're looking for already and can't personally fault your aspirational selection.

Get a hatch! Gotta love the hatch. Unfortunately the ms3 was outta my price range or I would've went that route.

hahah he drives his....... sometimes haha.
33k got it in october 31, 2006. drove it to PA and back also though haha.

I was originally going to get a 2 but i dont really like the styling to much and the fact that its way to small for me) if i wanted that small of a car id be getting a miata.

lol. lets see. the 6i gets driven about 200 miles a week.
49,500 or so right now got it new with 4 miles on it on july 4th 06.

Paint is pretty much spotless for having 50k on it.

Want something newer. The 6 is qwik but not fast. I just want to start over with something stock and try to leave it that way.

ewwwww stock? boring! lol. but seriously tho, why do you want a new car for stock? practicallity?

tungsten get a sedan! seems all mz3 drivers are hatch lovers except for me lol, ima sedan guy :)

I was a sedan guy until I looked at the 2nd gen 3's and decided I liked the hatch better. I did prefer the sedan on the 1st gen 3's though.

haha! you know what actually me to! i LOVE the first gen sedans on the 3, but i think i do like the hatches on the 2nd gen more! :D

Don't get me wrong; 1st gen hatches are awesome too. There was just something about the 1st gen sedans; it was like they had a 3-series vibe to them.

Then again, you can't really go wrong with any Mazda ;)

Yep, the 1st gen refresh hatches with the snowflakes do look nice. IMO they look best in silver.

i only want a 08.5-09 though so we are probably going to have to go on a roadtrip to find one i want.

White- 1st choice
Black- 2nd choice
Copper Red- 3rd choice

(these are probably tied for 2nd.)

Why do i want a 08.5-09. I HATE the rear bumper on the 07s with a passion haha. they just look so unfinished.

the 08.5-09s just look so awesome

Looks like the exact same rear fascia, just painted rubbermaid/flat black on the 08.5-09
