Looks basically like a type of grounding wire kit, just with a box instead of a bunch of wires....

Probably doesn't do crap, at least on proteges...voltage stabalizing techniques haven't shown much on dyno pulls with newer cars...Some people notice better gas mileage, and a better idle though when the alternator is loaded up (i.e. headlights and stereo on)....So who knows, but i would recommend doing a search on 1sty's grounding kit before buying that ebay thing...
