I don't really expect anyone to respond, but...

dude, I'm supprised someone in your state actualy bought somthing other than an American car
good thing for you though, you probably have the fastest car within 75 miles,

wait, I dunno, there is probably some redneck with a beat ass camero that might have a little somthing under the hood, if the hood hasnt rusted off yet

Yeah, I know what everyone says about Idaho and all, and at times I'm ashamed to say I live here, but we're not all backwoods chevy drivin' fools :D . We have our share of car enthusiasts and such.

I bet the other two MSP's went to 16 year old girls.... gifts from daddy or somethin'.

Come on!!! Show your faces !!

Don't be ashamed to live in Idaho. You guys have a kick ass WCHL, now ECHL, hockey team. Too bad they didn't make it to the finals last year. I wanted to see SD vs. IDA in the last taylor cup. Instead we got to spank Fresno for it.

I'm from Idaho

There is absolutely nothing wrong with being form Idaho. In fact, as soon as I have enough money, I am moving back to Boise. Oh, by the way, I have a black mica pr5. My brother also has an identical black mica pr5. So, more than 5 people in Idaho have proteges

I don't own a mazda (just trollin thinking about an msp) but I am from Northern Idaho and it is definitely god's country. Unfortunately I am in Cali now but some day I will be back. And yes it will be a 86 Chevy 4X4 on 38's.

Not really from Idaho, but my family is from Ontario so I associate with ID. I bring my P5 home every now and then. Kinda hard to miss it tho.

Then again, there aren't (m)any P5's between Ontario and Boise anyways.... :D

hey guys
thought id say hi to everyone here in id, especially us up here in cda

Hey Sam1, kinda funny, I thought I was the only person in Cd'a on the boards. haha. Yeah, so I did trade my MSP this weekend for the 2000 DX I was looking at. It's not as fast or as nice to drive (obviously) but I like it just fine.

I haven't decided if I'm going to do any thing to it yet... I did get it because I needed a cheaper car, so $$$ is an issue, but after driving cars for the last 3 or 4 years that are tinted, I can tell I'll need to do that! the sun is driving me crazy. Anyways, I'm a girl, not too knowledgeable about cars, but I'm around and stuff. If you get a chance check out spokanespeed.com, I know one of the guys that runs the board... It's a pretty cool site.

Oh, BTW... this is the 2nd time I've dealt with Post Falls Mazda and had a really bad experience this time... what's your experience with them?

haha.

Believe it or not, most of the potatoes grown in Idaho are exported, so when we go to the store to buy them, we usually get Washington ones. Besides, Idaho is the Gem state, it's one of like, 2 or 3 places in the world you can find star garnets. I'm not all big on like, 'state pride' or whatever, but the potato thing gets old after awhile. If you want an Idaho potato, go to McDonalds and order fries, it'll be faster and cheaper :D

Are there no Boise people here? Last time I went home, I saw a bunch of Proteges.

traded in your MSP huh? i saw my first one in cda just a couple days ago. pretty sweet, but im happy with my pro. anyways, ive dealt with post falls mazda twice. the first time i got screwed on my 92 protege, but the second time was much better. i dont think ill do there again tho.
But you definately have to get tinted. i went to tint works and got an awesome blue metallic tint for 240 on my 4 door. its so nice, definately better than cheap black tint.
So what color protege did you get? i bet ive seen you around, youve probably seen me too. cant miss the white mazda banner on my windsheild and the bump, bump, bump.=)
oh and ceej, ive got some spuds for you he,he,he.

My 'new' car is dark green. I think I'll prob. just go with reg. black tint on this one (again). I had 15% on my MSP and I liked it just fine. The blue sounds pretty cool though, I'll have to look a little closer next time. I went to tint works, by recommendation of my friend and I was happy with their work, so I"ll prob. go there again. Just have to save up some $$!

I think I have seen your car. I actually think you used to live just down the street from me. We used to live on 16th, the MSP was always parked in front of my house (see attached pic).

yeah, there's an interesting mix of import and american ( xP ) fans on that site, but it's a good local meeting place. There's a lot more action in the summer, with the stuff they have going on at... spokane speedway? they have like, 'street' races and stuff. There are even some autoX events. That was new information to me, anyways (thought)
