He's talking about the stereotypical mexican car. Yeah, prejudice is wrong, but you gotta admit, a LOT of mexicans have reaaaaly riced out pieces of s*** cars. More than most ethnic groups, at least. I have mexican friends, I love mexican culture, I'm about the least racist person you'll meet, and I'm not defending ethnic profiling, just trying to calm everybody down before this goes to the dumpster.

I may not be "mexican" but I am latin-american. Honestly, here in Austin where the majority of the latin population is mexican I can say there is a fair share of mex-rice. But being that I was raised in VA. and have done some traveling throughout the country, in all fairness no matter where you go you find rice of all ethnicities. BTW, IMO FLA takes the title for rice capital of the country. Don't get me wrong, there are a lot of hot cars that will make you break your neck, but for every one there is some punk riding around in his '92 Corsica w/ an APC wing and flea market accessories.
