By the way.. when I said huge fines.. I mean.. HUGE fines. In cali I think its $10,000.. and it's either like south carolina or north carolina or a state close to there... it's $20,000. It's not state by state, it's a federal law, on top of local jurisdiction. Most of the state laws are for the actual emissions of the vehicle, not the equiptment used to control the emissions.
