Nothing is 'broken' per say, but you could have a set of springs that were not manufactured properly and are weakening. If you've carried heavy loads, hit sharp bumps, or had 10 of your friends jump up and down on the back bumper, your springs could be sagging a bit - not unheard of in older cars, but inexcusable on a car this new. We've all got a little negative camber, and mine became a lot more noticable when I put the wide wheels and tires on..but that last pic of yours makes it look excessive. I'd take it in and get a technician's opinion.
