Is that the $150 wheel I've been seeing on Ebgames.com? I've been considering picking it up, but I just can't bring myself to spend the money. The manual shift knob is sweet though. I can't tell from the pictures, does it just shift forwards and backwards or does it do the H pattern?

if u play gt a lot, let me just tell you this. even if you beaten the game 100% 10 million times, having this wheel makes the game brand new again. it compares to driving a real life car with the force feedback... its worth the money if you've got it.

I guess I need to find someplace that will let me demo it. Maybe Best Buy has one set up. I remember trying one of the older styles and it was hard as hell to use.

True pimp status is only acheived with the front clip of some car in your living room with a seat, a plasma screen for the forward view, and monitors at the sides providing a "peripheral" view. Heh.

Very nice toys though. Move to Atlanta so I have a decent setup to "borrow" .
