Hwy 9 Fun Run!

it shouldn't be more than 50 miles from where you live. It would be better to go to this one instead of Alameda where the San Francisco chapter holds theirs primarily because it isn't quite as competitive and their aren't as many cars.

Just because I didn't put it in my sig until now doesn't mean I didn't have them. I've been slowly modding it ever since I got the car in the fall of 2001. Before you joined I did have it in my sig but I took it off because I didn't want people to cheat on a game I made by looking at the mods in my sig

Don't you ever remember me asking you if you wanted to trade some new slipstreams for my wheels and tires when you were interested in some ADR five spokes? BTW Do you still want to do that?

Hey SCCA Solo 2 event:

April 24th and 25th at San Juoquin County Fairgrounds

I'm dead serious I want you guys all there this weekend because I'm going regardless. Pardon my french but I am ******* sick of modding my car and not being able to see what it can do compared to others.

Natey, Jared, Roy, Jimmy, everyone else. I'm throwing down the glove, I challenge you all. **** HIN this is the hardcore s***. Round 1 ding ding. No I'm serious this is the first round of the season. April 10th was the practice round.
Would love too.

We'll see how things work out. I have been seriously slacking in responsibilities around the house and I don't think I can get away for a full weekend. Is it a must show up 2 days event or can you just go one of the days?

I assume you need a helmet for this too? I still need to buy one, any ideas for a good spot around here for that?

Put the CF rear spoiler on on Sat. I love it. Very subtle. You could easily miss it if you aren't looking for it. Fitment was surprisingly good, considering all the bad things I've heard about DG. Kinda scratched my hatch up a little taking the old one off. GRRRRR! I guess it's an excuse to shave the badges and repaint it. Oh well.

J, the grill and eyelids look good! (2thumbs) So what are you gonna do with your stock grill? Wanna sell your brushed Mazda emblem?

I think I am just gonna hold on to everything grill related. Don't want to mess with pulling it off and on the old grill in case I ever decide to put it back on. I got someones flying m trunk emblem that I need to mess around with and see if I can mount to the autoexe grill somehow.

They will have helmets for you to borrow and you may go to the event for only one day as well.

Kid you may not get tires with it depending on how this autocross goes. In that case I will give you money as well as the wheels with what tread is left. There should be enough to get you through easily until you have enough money to get tires

BTW Just saw on the I-club forums that there is rim of the world SCCA pro rally in Antelope which I might like to check out. It's on may 9th and 10th but I don't know where antelope is? Anyone?

Jared try getting a helmet on ebay. You'll want a snell aproved helmet and I've found some as low as 25 dollars on ebay. I think I may take that road since bell and any other really well know manufacturers helmets are like 200-1000 dollars
