If we go I am definitely coming down rain sleet or snow. Then you guys can hear my exhaust which is AWESOME. Don't worry about finding it. The sign is right on the freeway a little bit before the turnoff to go to AutoRnD. I was just down for something a little out of the ordinary. Plus I gotta figure out how they keep the baileys from curdling in their killer nuts and berries drink. And the best part is it's fun for the whole family!!!
Don't worry about the contact Nate. Mark IM'ed me earlier so it's all gravy with biscuit wheels. 7:30 is good for me I usually eat late anyway.

I would be down for a Dave and Busters dealio on Saturday I think. I'll have to check my calendar but I think I would be free. I know for sure I won't be available on Friday, got tickets to the Sharks game.

Coming along for a drive.
Whats's up? This Alex. The other guy from the south bay. I have silver a msp. I'd be up for a drive and meet this weekend. I live in Gilroy. So maybe we can meet up and drive up there? My other user name is gato9lives. Iput that when logged in to this forum. You may remember me from protegeclub.com. Let me know as I'd like to see some other msp's. I have a stock Mazdaspeed protege and I would like to make some changes soon. In need of more speed. I am also having a service(first)and the "flash" done on the ecu tomorrow. Anybody got feedback? Welcome dude! The bay area folks are a lot more active on this forum then on ClubProtege. If you keep checking this thread out you'll pretty much catch wind of everything that goes on in the bay area.gato9lives said:

I'm taking my car down to Al Sanchez Mazda here in gilroy. Also found out my msp is #1790 out #2750, sunlight silver. Just a little down the build line from yours. Interesting, I thought Al Sanchez wasn't a Mazdaspeed Dealer. I took my MSP there for an oil change once and they had never seen one before. I realize you don't have to be a Mazdaspeed dealer to flash a car though.gato9lives said:

Yeah, they aren't a mazdaspeed dealer. I went there to try to get a car and they couldnt aquire one for me. But I went down there and told them about the "flash" and the tsb about it and they said they could check it out??? If there was a problem that they'd fix it. Ill have to wait and see. I also want want them to check out my brake rotors as they were rusty when I bought my car. There is also a tsb out on that... If your car has under 12k. mi. on it. Something to lookout for. The girl was kinda apprehensive about so dont say you heard about anything like this on the net or something. I think it would be best just to complain about and say you did some research and found out about. Alamaden Mazda and Stevens creek are both authorized dealers as well as the dealership in SAlinas if Im right. I will find out. It should also be free or under warranty.jrodhotrod said:

yah, just curious, have already had the displeasure of dealing with Almaden and Stevens Creek. Almaden sucks, Stevens Creek is better, but not great.
Good luck with the TSB on the rusty rotors, I had that too, and because the TSB doesn't list the Mazdaspeed they basically told me to go screw myself (in nicer terms of course). So I have a Mazdaspeed that has had rusty rotor hubs since the first 1,000 miles.
