How would it sound chopping the exhaust right after the resonator?

I'm doing a BSD tomorrow and I'm probably going to punch the cat out as well . I'm really tempted to cut the exhaust pipe before the first muffler, and just letting it dump right out underneath the car.

Can anyone tell me how this would SOUND??? I don't wanna sound like a tin can. But I'm leaving the resonator so I have to assume it wouldn't be too raspy?

I've got a year until inspection to figure out what I want to do with the exhaust so....

it sounds very good. I have a video of how mine sounds. WORD OF CAUTION! if you dont make it turn away from the heatsheild, you will end up burning a hold into the tank... I learned this lesson the hard way.

I have a 2.0 so yours will sound a little different, but not much. Also my resonator has been deleted, so im just running dual cats

Thanks for the input man. I live in PA so are cats only get a visual inspection.
