how to remove those black rubber on my car?

how to remove those black rubber on my car? some van hit me in the parking lot and left those nasty black mark on my p5 bumper. Is there anyway to remove it? i tried to wax or car wash it but it's so damn hard to remove it.
Can someone give me some suggestion?

If he scraped your paint off, you're not going to be able to wax it off there.

You might try something a little more abrasive than just plain old wax. The next most abrasive thing is a cleaner. I've used Meguire's Body Scrub and Zymol HD Cleanse. They work pretty well to take paint scrape marks off. Good Luck!

if its just paint you can try a paint stripper called esafe. just apply some on with a cloth, wait, and scrub. It strips in layers so your clear coat and body paint will be fine.

Try some Tar & Bug Remover, found in most auto parts stores or places like Walmart

Or use some very fine compound and gently oh so gently compound it out. Then wax it to restore the shine.

make s*** easy on yourself, use a little gasoline on a rag. Works every time.
