How to remove dash parts on 2010

Hello Folks,

As of yesterday I am now the proud owner of a 2010 5. I was wanting to know if anyone can tell me how to remove the two silver panels, one on either side of the gear shift. And the panel where the LCD for the clock and A/C readout. I have attached a photo with the parts circled in red.
