How to Reattach emblems?

I took them off for painting and Im not really sure how to reattach them. Most of the double sided tape came off when I took them off.

go down to your local hardware store and get some thin weather stripping. double-sided....That should hold it.

I just found some double sided tape. Looks like weather striping. I decided to use that.
