here is my maf right after the bov. been running it like that since the time i posted pics of my ebay FMIC swap, and i've taken it on many races, ahem cruises, with no problems what so ever.

ninja edit: dont mind the injen half intake pipe thing, i've sold that thing a long time ago, now there is just a short ram pipe with a filter on it

I will be relocating my maf very soon. My idle seems to bug down a bit at times even to the point that it's close to shutting off. Only does it when I rev it up and let the idle drop down. I also am going to need a long 90 degree coupler for my hot pipe since it keeps piping off ,stupid home depot coupler lol

but ya I guess as far as the MAF goes, maybe it was just a freak incident, I just figure if your routing it for the first time, better safe than sorry with these cars, every car is different is seems, and some things bug out more than others on different cars

yeah, if you're not recirculating the BOV then you will stall....because the MAF is before the BOV it is reading the air coming in and the BOV in expelling it out of the system but the ECU has already compensated for that air with fuel.

no I mean that he was stalling or having really crappy driving issues from just having the MAF too close to the BOV, the MAF was still after the BOV, but it was right next to it

I will be relocating my maf sensor soon.would be doing it today but it's raining out smh. My girlfriend told me that the car shut off on her twice today. And the other day I experienced the idle drop very low to the point that it wanted to shut off.I am pretty sure the maf relocate will fix the issue.so I have to connect the maf and then the bov right? Is there other possible locations to place the bov ?where is the best location for the bov and maf? Just want to make sure before I cut my pipes ,etc..I am thinking about placing the maf and bov like 2088msp has them (picture above)

Our wonderful vendor jackelope is where I got it. Applied the vinyl decal, sprayed the paint then peeled the decal off. Came out perfect. Decal is 20" long.

The paint I used I got from the autopart store. Its made for painting BBQ grills. Went on easy and even and dried fast.
