This is the only time anyone has ever notice my gains... when i was working out nobody notice except my girl b/c she saw me naked....

I know I've see lots of results from customers that I suggested that too. But it's really hard for me. I'm 1/2 asain I eat rice with everything

haha i love carbs too, cant give those up...as long as you are working out, you'll be fine, and i think you already realize that....

You'd be suprised how easy it is to get unhooked from the carbs. I worked myself down off all sugar and sugar products (God bless the Diabetic's grocery market) over the past 6 months and transitioned easily into lipolisys. I can eat all the meat, fish and poultry I want, some dairy, and some garden greens. I feel GREAT. The best thing is that the information on how to start, progress through, and maintain the program is FREE at www.atkins.com . It's so easy I wish i had done it LONG ago. :)

right now...i am drinking a slurpee...obviously loaded with sugar, and eating bread with nutella....

Now if I try to eat anything sugary (cake, ice cream, slurpees) I get SO sick. My body doesn't like it. :D

yes, but you are already thin. heh, I am not. I am going to build myself a muscular figure (especially legs), but not SO much that i look like a guy (yuk). Just nice muscular thickness like I was in high school. :D

haha like someone said up there, you already are gorgeous...

yeah, i have a personal trainer for track, i hate it, hes making my arms get all muscular, like TOO muscular though for my taste, lol
 
lucky for you. :) For training sets, I have to go off the little bit of info I can find on tha innanet...I'm cheap!

hehe, i was forced into it...its cuz of track...and surprisingly, my trainer is not all that expensive...and he is GOOD, lol
 
Yikes when I was going through physical therapy and playing sports. I was very muscular. Its in my genes. I stopped because I thought it was gross looking,
