How much for a new 3?

A friend of mine is looking to get a new 3 sedan in the St. Louis area. What are people paying (locally and nationally)? Its going to be her first new car out of college, so I don't think she's getting many (or maybe even any) options. Speaking of, are there any options that she should or shouldn't get (and why if you would please...)?

well last time i checked the 3i here in VT was going for 15,650 + taxes and registration fees. The options i guess its personal taste but i couldnt live without AC, nor the sunroof, but the sunroof its tied to the 6disc changer which is nice but not a must have.
