whats up guys like the title says i need advice on how to install an oil cooler, i did my tranny cooler (plug n play really) and now after seeing how high my temp (260f+)goes on long highway trips i would like to install an oil cooler to bring down my oil temp, i have the prosport oil plate and i was wondering if i can use the two empty/plugged holes i have left to install an oil cooler, or do i need to start in a different route.....all advice, tips, tricks even products are welcome....thanks in advance

Those holes may be a bit too small. There are sandwich plates that have fittings specifically for an oil cooler. usually 6an sized.

Yeah I have seen those around but my question is how do I know which one to get, doesn't it have to be flow specific

I have a mocal sandwich plate with built in thermostat . opens at 80degree c / 176F . Might be worth a look for one?
