How do I connect O2 wires?

I purchased a generic 4 wire Oxygen sensor to replace my broken stock (94,000km Bank 1) O2 sensor on my P5. When the O2 sensor arrived I noticed the wire colours are different from my stock O2 sensor. The generic ones dont come with a harness so you need to connect it yourself. Can someone tell me which colour wires I supposed to match up.

IE: blue to grey

My stock O2 sensor = black, black, blue, white
Generic O2 sensor = white, white, black, grey

Thank you

It should have come with instructions. I don't remember where they go to, but I know that it does say on the instructions based on the sensor. Is this the upper or lower O2 sensor? If its the lower one, then you're example is correct (I just checked mine).

the bosch has 4 wires 2 white 1 black and 1 grey ours have 4 also 2 black 1 white a 1 blue
I suggest you cut the wires on the old O2 sensor so just in chase you get your hands on a OEM one you can just connect it you know what I mean. the 2 white wires on the bosch goes to the 2 black wires on ours the grey wire on the bosch goes to the white wire and the black wire on the bosch goes to the blue wire
