how do I adjust the rear springs?

Got my kit. The thing is installed. The tool did not come with the kit......... Can't get a spring compressor and don't want to take the whole assembly off.

Anyone know how to adjust these things?

i'd guess either H&R coilovers or mazdaspeed ones.... (from what i can remember from other threads)
