How big of a difference would heat wrapping make?

Just wondering if wrapping the downpipe and maybe the test pipe would make any sort of difference on under-hood temperatures (and thus reduce intake air temps). Anyone have any real data on it?

Testpipe wrapping shoudlnt make a difference since its exposed to the moviing air, but getting a turbo blanket and wrapping your downpipe will make a SIGNIFICANT difference.

wrap ur headers that made a world of a diffrence for me even after long drives but do it right and tight

Yes, it fits with no problems.

EDIT: Ordered the DEI universal kit that comes with a turbo blanket and exhaust wrap for the DP. $80 shipped from Summit
