Hood Vents...

what happends when waters gets on the intake filter or what not... BIG Holes in the hood are ok??? i dont get it...

Not exactly sure what you are asking, but I have a vented hood and my filter does get wet sometimes, but unless you submerge it it doesn't suck in anything other than humidity.
