The same thing happened to me, except it was my oil filter that was lost by the UPS guy when I sent it out to get chromed and some LEDs installed on it. Wait, no, maybe it was my trunk latch cover that I was having a copy made from clear acrylic. No, I think it was those race red seat springs I had ordered from JC Whitney or the billet polished burled aluminum rearview mirror articulation bracket. No, now I remember! I was having my ignition key powder coated...

Perdition, do you have access to a medication cabinet? one with REALLY good stuff in it? it certainly sounds like it... lol :{D
Maz2001MP, I think the only place you are going to find a hood prop is to either find someone who has had the bad luck to have totalled their Pro and its sitting in a junk yard...OR go to your dealer. Hood Props are not an item you will find aftermarket makers reproducting.....just not much of a call for them.
