Holy Crap..There is something running around in my attic!

Seriously..I am sitting here in the computer...and I have heard it before here recently..but I thought I was crazy...or it was the wind...But...

Now I am sitting here it it sounds like something keeps running across my ceiling..almost like its playing.

My home is a Two story for reference as well...No trees near the roof line....SO not sure how something would get in there.

Man the hole that goes up there is soo damn small....I wonder what it is.

Its kind of spooky...and I am a litte Skeered to look up there.

Could be squirrels. I worked at a gas station when I was a kid, and squirrels constantly got in the ceiling from the roof. Sometimes they fell through into the store - loads of fun. We did have trees overhanging and such, however.

lol. Had an apartment in Montreal, and heard a scratching in the wall behind the TV one day. Thought nothing of it. Came home later that day, and there was a squirrel sitting on our counter eating some peanuts. Have no idea how he got in to our place, let alone the building. He was lovin' the honey roasted peanuts though.

You'd be surprised how hard it is to chase a squirrel out of your apartment.

This sounds far too large to be a Squirrel.

I would look up there...but the hole is literally so small I have to turn sidways to get in...If I need to get out in a hurry..It may not happen.

I worked at a camp one summer and we had raccoons in the attic of our cabin...we heard them running around every morning, and once one stuck his little hand out of a small hole in the ceiling and all the kids started screaming. It was pretty funny.

I'd bet it was a squirrel. They can make a lot of racket and sound bigger than they are. We hear them jumping from the tree and running across our roof in the morning and they seriously sound like a herd of elephants.

I had one of those little s**** get into my attic last year.. The jerk buzzsawed through my gable vent. I had to replace both gable vents.

I replaced both of them with a vinyl vent, and put heavy gague metal mesh behind the vent. I haven't had one in there since.
