Hit a car w/ my side mirror

So anyways, the other day I got boxed in in the city (SF) where cars tend to park half-way into a lane. Luckily, instead of side-swiping the parked car, I ended up smacking it's mirror with mine. It's mirror, unfortunately, was not a foldable one, so while it stood still and took the hit like nobody's business, mine smacked right in, shattered the mirror, and scratched my window in the process :'(

Regardless, I need a new side mirror right now, and don't plan on worrying about the window.

Mazda sells them for around 150ish I think, but I can find it on ebay unpainted for like 55.

Are there many shops out there that carry the CWP paint? I feel like they'll end up charging 100 bucks anyways...
