high idol?

for the past two-three days my msp has had an idol about 2200rpm for about the first 4-5 minutes it is running. Then after that it will go back normal around 700rpm. The check engine light came on about the same time this started happening...
And i also know i have a little boost leak... but i have had that for a good while.

anyone know what is causing the high idol and CEL?
