I have a Touring model and I swear I have the HID's, however someone posted that the HID's are ONLY available on the GT's. When i shine my lights on the garage there is a line from left to right and the passenger side has a step up when compared to the driver side - so what is this if it is not HIDs? I do NOT have any light adjustments...

It's a deliberate adjustment to keep the left low beam from shining directly into the eyes of oncoming drivers. This has nothing to do with HID.

Do you have the light adjustment switch on the dash by the fog light switch Gt only has HID's from my knowledge

no adjustment switch - so the lights I have are hologens?

H7 to be exact and for about 150 you can have them converted to HID much much better light only thing is for a proper install the front bumper has to come off

The line you're seeing is because the headlamps are projectors.

The idea is to take the light and focus it where it matters, instead of having it scatter all over the place.

I sometimes change it on the highway at night... I point them further up so that they're almost as useful as high beams without completely blinding oncoming traffic.

In the city I leave them pointed low
