DDM Tuning sells their cheapest kit for about that..I've had mine for 8 months with no issue AND they offer a lifetime warranty on ballasts.

I did this on my G8, with DDM products. Works great, going on 2yrs.

i had ddtuning raptors (30 bucks) in the 9 for 2 years. never had a problem. only thing is that the 4.5k didn't colormatch with the oems, the raptors were more like 6k blueish
